This helps them get to know you and your approach, trust you as they will start to see you as an expert, and give them insight, I guess depending on what you are wanting to provide, or what you think they might need. Once they start to receive value from you, this start to begin the conversation! This also can be the gateway to you getting you the sale, and this will be then when you start building the relationship.
Having conversations with people and engaging with them, helps them get to know you and like you, they will then convert to a customer, refer you, or keep coming back to you – this where you start building an audience/tribe of your ideal customer who will want to buy from you and support your business.
